Bajrami at Glasgow airport yesterday evening. Anyone heard anything on this?
30 Jul 2026 11:13:56
Seems like he'll be off to Italy mate.
30 Jul 2026 11:19:43
Apparently looking like getting decent money for him too.

This is just speculation on my part, but it is a rumours site. Bajrami has had strong links to returning to Italy, particularly with his Serie A experience. If he was at Glasgow Airport last night, the only flight out to Italy was to Rome, around 8pm. Recently promoted Frosinone, not too far from Rome, are looking to strengthen up front with attacking midfielders and on the wings.
They seem to target established players at their peak age, and like a bargain. Maybe wages could be an issue. Bajrami would be a profile that could be a good fit, as they are looking to tool up in the forward area for their Serie A season.
Again, this is speculation on my part, but thought it would be worth adding to the thread if Bajrami was indeed at Glasgow Airport last night.

Empoli, Pisa, and Sassuolo could get a good shout. Went with Frosinone, given its proximity to Rome.

Al Taawoun in Saudi.
30 Jul 2026 11:52:35
Just seen that one pop up, WhatsTheStory. Would be an interesting move for him. I'm still favouring Italy.
30 Jul 2026 11:53:52
Saudi club in for Bajrami.
30 Jul 2026 12:03:04
I'd settle for anywhere to get him off the books. Feels like Rangers have got the big janny brush out and are sweeping out the unwanted this week.
30 Jul 2026 12:04:40
That's some research, Laudrup watp.
30 Jul 2026 12:15:02
Hearing Bajrami going to Saudi Arabian club. 🤔
30 Jul 2026 12:26:49
Cheers Hagi9. It's one theory anyway.
The Saudi links are getting stronger, Sir Walter. Let's hope, wherever he goes, it gets done quickly. Few more out the door and focus on the quality signings needed to win the league.
30 Jul 2026 12:27:45
Anyone know the fee to Saudi.
30 Jul 2026 12:36:30
Think Saudi is potentially a loan, Stevie. Read somewhere £2.5m - £3m if a sale in Italy.
30 Jul 2026 13:01:34
Saw that too, Laudrop. £2.5 back for him would be good business, better than losing him for nothing.
30 Jul 2026 13:11:42
Don't care where he goes, as long as he goes. On a big wage (£16-20k a week) for someone who is not in and around the starting 11.
30 Jul 2026 13:48:39
Just seen that, mate. £2.5m loan first, dunno if would be obligation or option.
30 Jul 2026 14:03:05
Stevie, wanting to sell, Bajrami.
30 Jul 2026 14:46:54
Well, there's no excuse for always loaning players out anymore, as we're not as skint that we need to bite the first hand that offers.
I'd guess these fees Rw in euros, as it's a buying euro club, and believe Saudi clubs fees work in euros when reported too.
So EUR2.5m will do for him.
30 Jul 2026 14:50:57
Get him sold, even at 3 mill we still losing out.
But better than nothing or paying his wages another season.
30 Jul 2026 15:10:52
If we get money for Bajrami, I shall buy a hat and eat said hat. It'll be the usual. Loan with option. We may as well make the option a trillion pounds or even a bath full of baked beans. As with all our loans with options, it won't be taken up.

Mukhanya official.
