Doubt it mate, they're probs monitoring him, similar to what EHL says all clubs do for 18 month 2 years.
They'll not sign from us, maybe if he went to Germany and progressed again they'd follow him there.

Arsenal will be linked with CDs because of concerns over a possible long term injury to Saliba, but they will be wanting someone who can slot right in right away (like Stones maybe). Fernandez has potential, but I can't see him being a regular starter in the EPL for a top team just yet.
