Rangers Review now reporting that Rice deal agreed and he will move on loan this season. Killie have already made an approach to take him on loan.
Seems the most sensible thing to do for the boy.

As long as McCanns at Killie I'd be more than happy to send our younger players there. You know he's going to take good care of them and really help them develop. I fully believe if Curtis had gone anywhere else he wouldn't have been called up for Scotland! Wee McCann has been instrumental in his development in such a short space of time.

I would have appointed Neil McCann at Rangers. I think he would be a great Rangers manager, definitely one for the future. Never understand Barry being manager and McCann assistant after Clement, you'd think it should have been the other way around.

We need to use the loan market far better than we have in the past. Curtis is a prime example of doing it well. We need our young talent to get good experience under good coaches that improves them and hopefully eventually increases the number that we filter through as regulars in the first team.
That helps our player trading model, doesn't it. Currently we aren't doing it brilliantly.
