This is the one I want to happen more than any other right now. Watt is the best number 6 in our league, imo. If we get him, it'll solve a lot of the issues we had last season. We can play a 4-3-3 as opposed to this 4-4-2 because we will at last have a sitting midfielder.

Can't check with my source until Tuesday, all I know is Rangers had 1.2m offer turned down couple weeks ago and player was looking at options down south but if none materialised would be happy to stay at Well.
Maybe we've went in with higher offer or better structure to deal, hope not paying too much as not long left on his deal.

Forever heard similar in January from a Motherwell scout. We wanted him and Motherwell priced him out of a move and he wasn't happy, said he only wanted to move to us. I think this one will happen.

I hope if we do sign him there is another 6 brought in as well as we will need more than one 6 in case of injury/suspension/form.
Whether that is Dan Neil or another, I'm fine with either.
First 2 signings being Rangers men as well will go down well with the fan base.
Hopefully next it's Penrice and Graham then we can start looking at the bigger spends and that RW.
