The boy has potential. Quick going forward and can defend. Likes the physical side of the game. Could be one for development. Rangers are very active in scandi market at moment. This week included where I will be at the game tomorrow night.

Reading that Luke Graham (can't remember who, but someone said on here this is a definite no no) and an RB are our No1 priorities in the summer. Expect us to sell Big Manny as there's too much interest in him, Ajax the latest team mentioned as monitoring him.

Mystar, they could probs afford him, but they refuse to go down the big spend route, i.e. sign young & cheap, develop & sell for millions, they've done ok over the years.

Bar, It's all top clubs interested in Fernandez, not saying Ajax ain't a top club, but it's the big boys interested in him.
Think he'll break the Scottish transfer record, I'm only hoping it's summer 2027.

The club seem to be planning not just for summer but well down the road, great feeling to have confidence in owners going forward who are going to take us to the top and keep us there.

He's not exactly bad I just think we can fine a better replacement to what Tav brought to the squad.
But that's just my opinion.
Looking at stats, the hard facts,
0.17 assists per 90
0.12 expected assists per 90
83% pass succession
Defensively he has some decent stats tbf.
Ground dules
6.97 per 90
57% win success in them
Also gets 3.29 tackles again which is quite good tbf.
BUT
Poor at intercepting passes.
Doesn't make that much overall defensive contributions.
Very poor crosser as well.
Poor in terms of creating assists.
Can't play a quality long ball consistently.
Created one chance a game per 90.
Is a poor dribbler.
Rubbish in the air.
Got 4 assists last year, not horrible on paper. He got 3 in one game.
Not for me, we can find better.

I certainly believe he would be a more than able long term replacement.
I don't know what matches you are watching, Rangers 06, but certainly not the ones I am watching.
He is very much in the same mould as Rommens.

Yes John, I understand that Diogo Travossos remains primary target although I would be delighted if Hampus was the one signed.
I understand interest remains in Felix Beijmo to provide added experience and leadership if Sterling is to leave also.
I would be more than happy for the position to be given to an experienced SPFL right back if one is good enough.
