he isn't in Porto match day squad as the story is his partner is expecting their child. not sure how that ties in with travelling for a medical and to sign granted.

It was about making sure we had a team and squad to play. It's been decided we have that as we've not had any last minute niggles therefore he can be aloud to go do his medical today.
If one of our other strikers were struggling today he would t have been aloud.

We were never beating our ex managerial target Francesco Fariolis side his tactics are superb, porto are unbeaten in the league and have only leaked 4 goals in 19 games with 18 wins, we could have played Rommens, Chukwani and Olsen tonight and still got skelped, he has built a top side at porto and they took full advantage of our poor defending in the 1st half with the silly back 5 allowing them to finish us off in a grand total of 14 minutes, before locking us down for the rest of the game, when we switched a back 4 without tav as a cb lol, never ever play him there again he is too slow and easily beaten.
Bad decision by Rohl to play tav there and of course a back 5 against a team of portos quality under fariolis exceptional tactically knowledge, we invited the skelping and were served one.
Porto didn't even bother to hurt us more in the 2nd half the damage was already done by HT, a stroll in the park, porto exposing our defensive weanesses, then relaxing and enjoying their ensured win in the 2nd half.
Gerrard and Gios ( gerrards inherited) teams would have smashed that side tonight.
