Here is an interesting stat for everyone to digest
Rangers are now the first side in the 27 seasons of the split format in Scotland to have faced all of the other top six sides away after the first round of fixtures.
Conversely, Celtic have become the first side to have visited 0 of the other top six sides at this stage.

I saw that earlier. Means (hopefully) that we should catch a bit in the next round of games as we should have the top 6 games at home.

It will also complicate the fixtures after the split if the top 6 remains the same . All 5 would be due to come to Ibrox and Celtic would be due 5 away games and we all know this can't happen.

They'll get Hearts and Ibrox after the split 100% we'll get two dundees I'd guess.

Never liked the 12 team split system.
Ally's idea of 14 team league.
Split after each team have played each other home and away, top 7 and bottom 7 playing teams in your half home and away again after the split.
26 matches before split
12 matches after split
Completely fair league system playing equal matches home and away
Could have Championship and league div 1 playing the same way with play of system for promotion and relegation etc.
