We've all had our grievances/opinions on our poor performance against Hearts last night and we got a point and we move on. đ¤ Watching the game i thought our former academy left winger josh mcpake was the best player on the park and caused not only Sterling, but all our defenders no end of problems. âšī¸ McPake is definitely a talented winger and we also have a young talented left winger in young Findlay Curtis. đ So fellow bears who do we rate the better/more talented left winger
ie.
Findlay Curtis or our former youth academy left winger Josh McPake. đ¤đŦđ§ Honest opinions, guys đ¤.

Curtis for me because of his international status, but give any winger space and time to receive the ball then have space to run at the defence will look good.

Good on McPake having a good game. He showed nothing at Rangers and whilst on six loans, struggled for game time on these loans, let's see how he plays over next couple off years.
I wish him well.

Fin should have been on at half time coops.

we gave McPake the space to work in Sterling was no where near him and don't even talk about Fernandez. why is our backline always willing to allow players to run at them.

Curtis had minimal minutes and still should have assisted the winner off his weaker foot crossing ability.

I thought McPake gave Sterling his hardest test this season and he failed it .The only thing I would say, there was not much end product from his runs .He did play well though.
Curtis is a different type of winger not a touchline hugger like Josh but he can make an impact .He won the free kick we scored off and he set up a simple chance for Sterling to win us the match and he was only on 10 minutes.
He looked better on the left and deserves a chance to play there more often.

I'd take mcpake over Gassama all day.
