Was down south around Windimere with the Mrs on a wee weekend break for our wedding anniversary.
My own fault for replying with the usual "Yes dear" when asked if I fancied the trip whilst not really listening to the finer details when she booked it a few weeks ago. 🙈
Meant I would be cutting it fine to be able to watch the game time wise with the early kick off and would still need to source a suitable venue to do so. A few pub options but none had Premier Sports. So ended up watching on my phone in a beer garden whilst all around folk tanned their Sunday roasts whilst wondering what the clown in the corner was laughing out loud at.
Just to say I was bursting with pride at our performance. I can't remember the last time I saw our whole team burst a gut for 90 mins. Absolutely ran the show. Tons of highlights to choose from: Neil's 2 goals, Kelsy's first ever for us, stroking the ball around to the sound of "OHHHHLAY!" with each touch, just sublime. But I think, knowing my warped mind, that the sight of Pandur racing out of his goal and clearing the ball with a diving header summed up the whole team spirit/effort that was put in on the day.

Parlane i stay in kendal now just along the road most pubs were showing it. Should have said on friday. Breakfast in spoons £1.90 a pint then straight into the clock tower its £2.50 a pint until 5pm,
