From the stands today it was difficult to see tactics contact on Naderi from Baur - one thing did look obvious though was it was a foul to Rangers but somehow Welsh gave it the other way - no surprise there then.
Having see it back it was a straight 🟥 for Baur. Look forward to seeing how Collum brushes this one off!

Thats why Walsh gave the foul against Naderi. If he gave the foul to Rangers VAR would have had to look at it.

I'll need to watch it back again but I felt it was because Naderi slipped into him which made it looked worse, how donavan stayed on the park for me was quite surprising.

Donovan should have had 2 red cards, that's how bad the decision to not send him off was 😲👎.

Yeah, I feel that Naderi slipping meant Baurs tackle looked worse. There was no intent from Baur, he was going for the ball and Naderi slipped therefore making contact with Baur.
Donovan however, should have been off on at least 3 occasions after his initial yellow I felt.

From the replays I watched last night, Naderi had already went down to challenge when Baur stood on his ankle which was on the ground and the ball wasn't in the frame.
I don't know what argument could be made for not giving the red?
I think they could easily have had Baur and Nygren sent off tbh. Donovan was in thin ice as well.

Donovan is the new Maeda, constantly fouling and yet somehow manages to stay on the park. The one he did get booked for was a shocker when you see it back, full force into the standing leg, Raskin was fuming about it.
Not sure about the Naderi one with Baur, just hope the big man is ok for next weekend to do it all again.

The ref had a good game,, not sending donavon off was smart refereeing,, it was not a second booking,,,
The booking off penrice and their player was also good refereeing, I thought both were seeing red
Not every foul is a booking
