A manager can say anything to the press and especially after the player is stuck here till January. If DM fancied Miovski so much, then why hasn't he started since he's the best finisher at the club apparently? Wasn't even fancied in European games when we badly needed goals.
Also Angus haven't seen anybody slate him, he got the praise he deserved for a great finish. However if 3 managers haven't fancied him then there is something wrong behind the scenes regardless of what a manger says publicly.
While I'm at it, I have these magic beans want to buy them?

You also seen what it meant to his teammates, for seemingly being bad around the building, you wouldn't see nothing like that, bad training, not accounting to our manager, said outstanding trainer from pre season, things get said on here, then taken as facts, just the same Niel wanting back south after a couple of months in Scotland, just didn't happen.

Bbj, there are many reasons a manager might not pick a player from others performing better, to the player not really fitting the system. But McInnes put him on last night when we needed a goal and seemed genuinely pleased for the player at the time and in his later comments.
So what I get is that if the manager says something which doesn't tie in with your thoughts then he would do that as he won't be open and honest; despite that being what McInnes has been in his time here; in fact in his career.
And he will do it when a question wasn't even asked about it. 🤷
Personally I just want all our players whoever they are to do well. If you don't think being critical in the way you were wasn't slating then fine by me. And I won't start another thread to make the point. 😉

Mystar, simple, we are with him till January either way now, so it's nice that the manager says nice things and gets his morale up. Plus even if he was training bad, which I don't know if it's true or not, has no bearing on us wanting him to score goals here. He is a better finisher than what we have available right now.
You guys keep changing the narrative though, one minute he's the best finisher we have at the club and next he can't play in Europe because he has 3 others in front of him. Which is it?
If 3 managers don't play you, then there is an issue somewhere, wherever that may be.

Angus, I don't care what I think about what McInnes said, but again if you think any manager comes out in pressers and tells the truth all the time, then I have some magic beans to sell you.
Of course you would know that he has never told porky pies in any pressers, right? Unless you are him, you wouldn't be able to answer that correctly.
Slating him? I never said a word against him in the post. I praised his finish and he took it well.
Also, would you rather I scroll 3 or 4 pages down to respond instead?
Glad we can have these tit for tats again, was creepy agreeing all the time. :P

Bigbluejim, who has actually said he's the best finisher? All I have said about Miovski, supply him with amo and he's put them away, said he's a good finisher, but never once said he's the best. He never had European football because three cf were in before him. Very popular player around his teammates, he acted like spoke about on here, that just doesn't happen.

To be fair, the players did look genuinely happy it was Miovski that had scored. I know it was last minute and all that, but would they have looked so elated if they didn't like the guy? I don't.

Only my opinion, My star, but I personally don't think there's any problems with Miovski's attitude and is a top professional. It's titeltatel imo which happens, Chinese whispers, ie. someone said this someone said that. 🤔

There's absolutely no problem with Miovski's attitude and he absolutely wants to be at Rangers and has been very professional, even though he's not been a regular first team pick I have this on very good authority.

I actually think Miovski has looked sharper in the few minutes he has got than he did last season, maybe due to doing a proper pre season. There is no doubt he would have left to get more game time, but he didn't and he's here now so we must use him the best we can.
He is a proven SPL goalscorer so with the right service he should get us goals. Maybe this team and this system will suit him better than last season. Good luck to him, I hope he makes all us doubters eat our words.

Because as My star stated strikers that were in front of him were keeping their place but i can assure you Miovski ain't got no bad attitude problem something that you stated John, can you explain that to us my friend 🤔.
