With Rommens coming back from injury, does anyone think he'll make his way back the starting 11?
For me Penrice keeps the shirt when both are fit. Both good players but just think Penrice has a bit more to his game and gives us a bit more in the attacking third.

Agreed, Penrice should keep his place.

For me it's Penrice to lose, continues playing well, he should keep the shirt.

I liked the look of Rommens when he first played, however, I think Penrice has done so well since coming in, he deserves to keep the shirt.

I am on the fence as I really like both and don't think there is much in it. I wonder if protecting our asset might come into it a bit. Rommens could be a valuable asset to sale in future, so surely we need to protect his value by playing him.

Won't do any harm for Rommens to recover more as long as 'resting' is required. He's too injury prone so makes Swansea to protect and let him understand he now has competition for his place.
He has not been as good as most think, for me. Albeit he's prob been carrying a knock.
We need to protect him when we can. Too many injuries right now.

Stronger in every position now, players know they need to play well or just as capable players with step in.

Penrice looks like a more disciplined left back in that he doesn't bomb on as much, and he has helped bring the best out of Gassama with the way he feeds the ball up the wing and supports him. Rommens likes to carry the ball up the pitch and fits better with someone like Moore, who wants to drift in off the wing.
It could be horses for courses in certain games, or could one play in front of the other at times. They are both good, so it's Penrice's position to lose at the moment.
