Watching the Hull game and to think that we were turning up our noses at McBurnie, would do a great job for us.

McBurnie would stroll our league, and would be a complete nightmare for opposition defences. But, according to some, he's a dud!

It's a no brainer. Would rip it up.

22 Aug 2026 14:59:29
25/26 19 goals
24/25 5 goals
23/24 6 goals
22/23 15 goals
21/22 1 goal
Don't think a guy that has a decent season every 3 years is the answer. Also, don't think he's a dud. Dessers got basically chased out of the club, scoring 25 each season.

Would this guy even score half the amount? We don't need a nightmare to defences. We need a prolific goal scorer that can hold the ball up, bring his team mates into play.

I replied elsewhere. Rangers do not like his off-field conduct.

Yet, we allowed a drunk driver to play right after his arrest, and who is still here playing after his "off-field conduct". In fact, he was even handed the captain's armband for a pre-season game. Hmmmmm?!

It's hard to take the moral high ground while turning a blind eye. Just saying!

I'd love McBurnie as one of the three strikers, but I like my main striker to have a bit of pace. He would b unreal for some games and he would be a great sub as well.

Sunshine where am I taking the moral high ground, also I've never backed Sterling or Lawrence re drink driving
.isten our fans and club revered a wife beater for long enough, embarrassing

John, this wasn't aimed at you, it was aimed at the club. Apologies if you thought this was aimed at you, but it certainly wasn't.

22 Aug 2026 19:30:51
You are aware McBurnie also has a drunk driving conviction? Just saying.

A player we get linked to plays the odd good game, everyone says we should sign him he's exactly what we need he would stroll this league. Mcburnie is like Naderi but much better(yes) but like blue boy wrote his stats are poor. If your striker isn't prolific in scoring and your midfielders like ours ain't chipping in with goals then the writting is on the walls.Surely we need to move players on before we sign anymore. I know this post of mine there's a bit of everything but in my head it makes sense lol
