I reckon it's the same as Chermiti situation. We've had a few low ball offers we've ko'd and will keep until our price is met. Expect bids and movement close to end of window, once a few teams lose midfielders for big money and need replacements or try to tempt us to sell cheaper cause windows closing.

It's good that Neil is unhappy being a sub, but he should be looking to play well enough to get in the team and stay there. It's early in his Rangers career and there will be plenty of minutes to go round.
Raskin will be frozen out now after disrespecting Shankland on Sunday. I'm joking, it's just another negative non story dreamed up by the media.
It's more likely he forgot he had the armband on and unlike the Scottish media Shankland didn't make a big deal out of taking it. Not surprised that the likes of Cooney and Mulgrew highlighted it, but don't know why Ferguson played along with them. C'mon Barry, you did a lot worse things as Rangers captain than not giving an armband back.

Starting to agree with Stevie G for once, I also think Raskin will stay. Also, with Ehl saying there will be no bidding war, maybe meaning he and the club know he's staying, but I could be putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5. 🤷♂️
