McCrorie has been signed to fill home grown trained quota. But because he was signed after Tav left everyone is assuming he's a starter. Which was never the case.

If we sign the young lad from Villa, the Sterling may move before window closes if there is genuine interest. Also, he can't play 3 games in a week, so expect him starting on Thursday.
