Just thinking about recent events and a couple of intriguing posts from last night about outgoing players having medicals.
It was highlighted as very strange that Chermiti didn't start at the weekend having started every game of pre-season.
Also stated last night that one outgoing is a surprise and certain valuable posters are curious to see the financial behind it.
Is the case potentially then that we were close to an agreement to sell Chermiti over the weekend and he didn't start to prevent any potential injury however the game went poorly so McInnes was forced in his hand to play him?
Have we since finalised things and he is the surprising player that has a medical scheduled elsewhere?

I believe he will start tonight and Shankland / Nerdri were expected to be good enough to help beat a likely bottom six team. Doesn't feel unreasonable.

At no time did it mention outgoing players having medicals. It's always the buyer who arranges medical, not the seller.

Sorry, wasn't alluding to your post, John. There were posts last night from Wullie and Ehl talking about medicals being booked by other clubs for a number of our current players, one of whom, the timing was a surprise.

GTGAC, was after I seen McIness interview yesterday, said trained very hard over the last 4 days, maybe off for three weeks but he'd have stuck to a fitness plan, I'd be starting him, mate.

Will Raskin even be match fit, Neil, Devlin, Chucky and the Dragon Boy all can play DM, I don't think he will play.

Basically, a 451 and Shankland wouldn't be starting for me, SWS, but our manager will know better and see them in training, but for that type of set up he wouldn't be in my side, mate.
