At the game today. I thought Godfrey and Fernandez were great together. Strolled the game at times. Aasgaard was great in spells also.
Definitely lacking in wide areas. And still think we're very under prepared for the season ahead.

Was good today, SWS, probably never gave him enough credit, never seen much of him or paid much attention, but I like a player getting his tackles in. Let's see how it goes, the real games start.
Sterling was good as well today, Aasgaard could be a massive player for us, Godfrey was my MOTM, both him and Fernandez strolled that game, far better performance than our last friendly.

Devlin would cause a fight in an empty house, and some of those tackles today, if he mistimes then by a fraction, he'll be off the pitch. If he doesn't wind it in a bit, we're going to have a few games with 10 men.

Can remember that's what I didn't like about Devlin. Way he goes into some tackles, needs to win the majority, and what I didn't like the most was getting in players' faces. Totally different in a Rangers jersey, that's a thing I like. We've not had a player like that in ages.

Massive improvement from midweek, especially the first half. Slightly concerned we haven't scored a goal from open play in the last two games against a decent level of opposition. Both Shankland and Chermiti had decent chances today. Aasgaard looks a different player, which is a real positive. Some brilliant touches. Defence looked solid, which is also a big positive.
Lots of good things to build on.

Got to say I wasn't keen on Devlin signing, but I'm easily won over by a few crunching tackles. 😂 Love players playing on the edge.

Worry for me, (not again, you say!), Devlin is playing almost at 100%, when the opposition, especially, are playing at pre season level!!
Can he go up 2 of 3 gears in e.g. Europe??

Devlin reminds me of one of my all time favourite Chelsea players - Dennis Wise.
Hated him as an opp fan but loved him in your team.

Was the same, R1, but it looks very much like he'll win me over, mate. I do like that type of player, probably the reason I couldn't be arsed with him. I never gave him any credit for the things he does right. He reminds me of Scott Brown. I couldn't stand that man, but it would have been difficult in Rangers colours.

Bar, can't see him play against good teams in Europe, maybe wrong, but good for our league.

My star, when the real stuff gets underway on Friday night, Cammy Devlin will play exactly the same way as he always does, mate. 👍 He'll challenge, break up opposition play, and fight for everything, and won't give Dundee United players a second's peace.
🥊 Devlin, like I've said before, is absolutely suited for Scottish football, and it's superb having a player like him in your team, and an absolute nightmare to play against, because he never gives any opposing midfielder an inch on the ball, a superb signing imo. 👌 🇬🇧
