So he can come back up here and be blamed for everything and screamed at in car parks? I love the guy as a player and I'm sad he left. It's a disgrace that he never got a testimonial. He is the highest scouting fullback in the history of world football and we didn't even give him a coaching role.
What's happened, has happened. Let's just move on from it. Let Tav go and enjoy the last few years of his career away from all this.

I would do this yes.
I'd loan out young Hutton somewhere he'll play 30 games or thereabouts.
Tav would come in for me as a back up at right back and a bit of experience for in the squad.
He wouldn't be in any leadership group or captain or vice etc.
That's me.
However, if as is reported at times he was a bit of a bad egg around the place, then it's a no.
I don't know the real genuinely truthful answer to that question though.
That's the only reason it's a no.
If he isn't and can be trusted to be a part of playing squad and that's it. I'd do it.
I'd be asking people around the club last season what he was like.
