From the Daily Record: Former Inter Milan, Roma and Belgium star (and notorious bad boy) Radja Nainggolan has lavished praise on Raskin following his World Cup exploits.

"Nico Raskin is the most important player for the Red Devils", he stated. "Period. He proved that against Senegal and the USA. He recovers balls and has a good passing game."

I'm really hoping his displays mean we'll get top dollar for him. When you look at the values placed on some folk who haven't shined on the biggest stage £20m should be the bare minimum for him. But man it would be great to break our transfer record

Yo-Jimbo, I wouldn't be interested in listening to anything that man has to say.

Raskin must be a £25m transfer. It must break our transfer record. He'll be worth double that in 2-3 years. If we sell him for less, we're complete mugs.

£25m £5 m in add ons and 20%.

Stevie, I agree that would be decent and a fair deal imo.

Will be interesting to see where Raskin ends up, as for the fee, we all just don't know. Believe some valuations on here are wishful thinking, it will be a decent return for us, as long as his transfer kicks off some quality signings coming in, I will be a happy chap.

If we get 25 mil for Raskin then we've done well.

If Celtic can look for 25 million for Engels, who isn't in the Belgian squad and who isn't always a first pick for Celtic, then Raskin, who is a full Belgium internationalist, isn't worth a penny less than that.
