The ban is under the ruling against indicating bias, incompetence, or insulting an official's character.
He said he doesn't believe it was a pen. It's disgusting. Everyone is against us.
He never said the refs are against us, or John Beaton is, or the SFA is, so he hasn't indicated bias from officials, and hasn't assassinated anyone's character.
He said the decision is disgusting, which simply means the decision made him feel disgust. That is not a sign of incompetence. Should be thrown out, but we know he's getting a ban, which will be delayed until the Old Firm, no doubt. ?

I've read it a couple of times and he's sharing his opinion and how he felt and what he thought.
I think it's this line they've taken and ran with, which they could say suggests that the people that made the decisions were against him.

See, even if it wasn't rushed through because he took the job at Ibrox, surely somebody in the organisation has gone. We should probably release a statement on why it took so long, because the optics on this aren't going to be great. ?
