Cracking read, mate. I don't have any concerns with period of resets. My issue is yearly rebuilds. I think we need more senior players to create the winning mentality we've lacked since our return, at which point we can implement this model.
A period of resets again could give Celtic 9 in a row. That just doesn't work in my head. Perhaps we're close and more senior players like Shankland might be what we're missing.

Ehl - excellent read and makes complete sense. Thanks for posting. ? Just got to hope we can implement it successfully, consistently and that we can all accept that it takes time.

A great read and thanks for the insight, Ehl. Hopefully, we can sign the right players to put this into practice. Shankland is a really good start.

The big issue is that we don't have patience. We all want instant success. We talk a good game. We all said we know it will take time and a few transfer windows when Rohl came, but immediately many wanted him sacked.
And we will never learn, it's been the same since we came back up. Ok, there have been a few managers who definitely should never have been appointed in the first place. But, man, we need to take a long, hard look at ourselves.
