Re your post about being wrong about shankland and being man enough to admit, you could still be proven to be right, but glad your willing to put any feelings you had around him aside and support the boy, that's what real fans do Storm ?.

I get behind anyone that pulls on that strip bb4 the same way am getting behind Rohl for the new season. It's the only thing we can do as Rangers fans is back them.

I still have my doubts about Shankland - some players just do that. Or it might even be the nonsense we get every year where someone is going to be the next Rangers superstar.
Last season we had Joe Pirlo, Miovski scoring for fun, etc. But like Storm, I'm right behind any player. And who can't get excited this early when Rangers are doing things that excite the majority of the fans?
Even though I may not be Shankland's biggest fan, it was an easy "buy" from the club's point of view as he ticks the remit that Cavanagh talked about and ticks the boxes that a lot of fans want as well.

I was like you, mph, but the boy is living the dream. He will get us goals, but his game has improved since he has been at Hearts. Before Hearts, he was just a goalscorer, but last two seasons, his all round game has got better, and like you say, easy deal to make.

It definitely was an easy decision, mph. I get where you're coming from re superstars every season. Pretty sick of it myself, mate. I believe Shanks will be a good bit of business though.
