Will our ladies have what it takes to get it over the line. Praying results elsewhere go in our favour
24 May 2026 13:54:52
Looks like pressures gotten to both teams.
24 May 2026 13:56:05
Not looking hopeful right now!
They're losing 3-0 and Hibs are beating Hearts. ?
24 May 2026 13:56:39
Results elsewhere are going Rangers' way, except where it counts on the park, down 3-0 at half time. ?
24 May 2026 14:06:12
Struggling big time, a couple of players having a mare today. Look like we are going to lose a goal at every corner. Creating nothing up front.
24 May 2026 14:15:18
Certainly seems that way, Ehl.
Although, Hearts will still have a title at the end of it.
Let's hope for a goal blitz second half. ?
24 May 2026 14:19:48
Cooper, I saw we were three down and my only surprise was that only 2 came from corners.
Once again, really didn't fancy our starting 11.
24 May 2026 14:43:43
Was a strange starting 11, now completely fallen apart. City picking us off when they please. Really poor.
24 May 2026 15:07:00
Do they use the same corner defensive coach as the men? ??
24 May 2026 16:02:18
Should the manager be sacked for that? That's a shocking result in such a decisive game.
24 May 2026 16:30:07
Why would you sack a manager based on one result?
She's taken a young and inexperienced side to second and two cup finals.
City are still comfortably the best side in the league, but can no longer afford to keep the same depth of squad as they used to.
Injuries, Europe and international duty crippled their season, but on their day they are still the best side in the country.
24 May 2026 16:39:16
Well done to the jammies.

Don't watch a lot of women's football, but how are Glasgow City the best team in the league when Hearts just won it and we were second? I would also ask those in the know, do Rangers really take this seriously enough? We let countless big-name players leave in the summer, including our manager, and were slow in reacting, signed very few, and went with a lot of youngsters.
One or two of those kids look good, but if we didn't have Wilkinson we would be struggling, not challenging.

Wsl, if you are that interested, maybe you should start watching?
1. City have the strongest 11, however, came third as over the last few seasons their squad depth has been depleted due to the rise of the Old Firm and the Capital clubs. This season they have rarely fielded their strongest 11.
2. Serious enough? Define enough.
3. We didn't 'let'. We were powerless to prevent those players and coaching staff from leaving. Just like our academy is powerless to let countless players and staff members leave to go down south.
4. We weren't slow to react, the head coach role was recruited in ample time.
5. We have a very small budget, so we signed who we could and reinvested in the youth pathway as per the club's strategy.
6. Interesting opinion on Wilkinson, which I would disagree with, as Berry has played all season out of position and could step up to lead the line - however, if you apply that logic to City you'll understand why they struggled this year without key players.
