I read on Rangers review that lewis Ferguson's agent mcmurdo has said that Ferguson has told him the 2 things he wants is to play for Rangers and play in the english Premier League and mcmurdo says it will happen but how soon he doesn't know ??? Interesting

He didn't say that at all. I listened to it and his agent said he would be willing to go to one of the big Italian teams, the EPL, or any top 5 leagues. Also said he would be happy to stay at Bologna as well.
Take it all with a pinch of salt.
