Ok guys here goes. Some think andrew cavanagh will keep Danny Rohl as Rangers manager and afford him time to build his own Rangers team and some think cavanagh will sack Rohl at the end of the season and replace him with a new Rangers head coach. ? So ED, would you be so kind to run a Danny Rohl poll for me to gauge all our opinions ie.my poll being will andrew cavanagh keep Rohl as Rangers head coach beyond this season, yes or no. ? Cheers ED, as usual very much appreciated pal ?

Dr couldn't build a gingerbread house at Christmas. He's done. No manager survives finishing 3rd in the league. Say 3rd in the league and add in any manager's name, they'd be gone. No fan base should accept that from owners either, they need to send a message. No guts, no glory, you're sacked.

What's your thoughts, SWS?

If all the rumours are true about Rohl being off, then our best bets to go for Alex Neil if Millwall don't get promoted.

It's a harder decision than some are making out. Whether they decide to sack him or back him, I hope it's the right choice. He will have lost a large chunk of fans that backed him prior to the split, and that can be hard to get back.

Every time we play Celtic there are contentious issues and either Walsh, Clancy or Beaton is involved. Plus Gers are always losers.

Orange T, my thoughts are Cavanagh will keep Rohl and allow him time to build his own team at Rangers. ? What's your thoughts? ?

He doesn't have a majority decision on who we get, so can you class it as his own team?
Genuine question?

Genuinely cannot see it. The form of the Americans is to always persevere. At Leeds, they backed Daniel Farke for a long time despite constant media speculation. Even when supporters doubted him, the ownership repeatedly stayed calm publicly and kept the structure intact.
Apparently they've done the same with the SF 49ers too.
Rohl fits their model of young coach who fits within a structure and does not demand overall control. Gerrard never fitted that model, nor do McInnes and Askou imho.

Pointless poll, SWS has told us about 10 times today that Rohl is staying.

He's going Coops ?

Rab, it's now my belief that he was thrown under the bus
Summits not right, losing 3 games in these circumstances, I can't believe nothing is going on here
Either that or we are truly jinxed by someone somewhere, it's just unbelievable we went down like that

Tom, it's same situation as Walters last season in his first round. Most of the players knew they wouldn't be there at the end of the season, and gave up.
If rumours are true that up to 14 players are leaving, that's many that don't have a desire that is needed to finish the season strong.
Or is it just we aren't good enough, or conditioned properly? Maybe a mixture of all.
One thing is that, even if the manager isn't great, the players should still show enough desire to win games.
