Elliott Watt, Luke Graham, David Watson are exactly who I'd be after too. Add Curtis to that list, and you have a young Scottish spine in the team. Lads' potential to develop, and be here for many years to come (the much needed continuity we're after).

I said Scottish managers and players are no guarantee of success. We tried it for years under McCoist.
These three players I mentioned above. There's no guarantee they would be successful here either. What I do know is that Rangers need 8 Scottish players for their European squads, and the board will sign Scottish for that reason and to appease the fans' current desires.
The three mentioned are still young guys. We could get them cheaply compared to some other Scottish-based players. They fill positions we currently need. They have sell-on value. They could be good additions as squad players. Even if they aren't guaranteed starters, they would bring some much-needed continuity to the squad.

So, do we all think if we fill our team with Scottish players then we will win the league, so how is it that no other team (apart from Hearts this season) is close to winning the league?
Just above, some saying they would be the spine of the team, yet others saying squad players.
Get the best players in what ever their nationalities are. Take Ferguson as an example, many say he wasn't great in Scotland, but doing great in Italy. Does that mean all of a sudden he has improved, or is it that his style isn't suited to the Scottish game?
