Last night at 1-1, not 1 player stepped up to try and galvanise his teammates. Out captain Raskin Butland disappeared and prob only Moore tried to get on the ball and its not the first time its happened. People talk of Raskin as captain but he's anonymous once things go against us and Butland is the same nothing imo we have a group of inexperienced players mixed with some seniors who don't give a damn and are happy to pickup a wage.
Onto our manager do any of our squad really fear him or fear being dropped I doubt it so yet another summer rebuild incoming and I doubt that DR is the 1 to lead that rebuild. We need experience someone whos been over the course and i'd be looking at Mcinness if at all possible.

Disagree slightly on the above. Manny tried and stepped forwards out of defence multiple times, trying to get things going - that's almost as damming as the above, but the big guy deserves his flowers.

I don't think McInnes will leave Hearts, especially if they win the league. Tb will probably look to invest in that squad & maybe build something special there. Why would McInnes want to leave Hearts to join Rangers? If he wins the league, he will be an icon at Hearts.

I agree that experience has been an issue with the squad. We have a young squad and it has shown in many big games.
When things are going our way, we have played well at times, but when the games start to change, they lack the experience to respond.
Our experienced players like Raskin, Tav, Butland, Souttar, Dio are the biggest issue imo. Those are the biggest culprits for me as they are the ones who should rally the team to get us back on top in a game. I want them all gone if I am honest.
What I don't want is for us to bring in a new manager who gives these players another clean slate. I want a manager to be kept to work through a squad, find out who can be trusted and who cannot.
I don't know why Moore gets any praise. He was rubbish yesterday, gave the ball away constantly and created nothing.
For me, Chermiti was the only forward player with pass marks in the run in. He has stepped up in games, but none of the rest of the creative players have.

I know you've kinda made up your mind on the big chap, but if he is here next season, give him a chance, buddy.
He was rubbish at the start of the season, but he has come on leaps and bounds.
The one player, Rommens aside, that I am really liking in our team.
His movement is excellent, hold up play is up there, good in the air, and if he is scoring like he has done in the second half of the season, he is a top player.
