I have restrained myself from posting after games as it's usually not done in the right manner and you say things you probably wouldn't! I have been in the Rohl must be kept on and given the summer to get his players in camp, but after listening to his presser after the game I'm now torn between two options.
1. He stays as manager BUT and this is imperative, he get's someone else in behind him who is very experienced and can help him more than his current set is. Kind of like what Holland is doing for Carrick at Man United or,
2. He is gone straight after the Falkirk game and we replace him with someone who has experience in winning. Not sure who would come in but for me it would be Muscat, yes he apparently turned us down after asking we wait till he finished his season, which for me we could and should have done as it wasn't that long a wait.
Why have I come to this conclusion, well I will elaborate abit more.
In every big game that Rohl has had as Rangers manager, he has come up short. Cup final he loses, cup semi final he loses, 6 euro games and he wins 1, draws 1 and loses the other 4. Since the split he has lost 2 cup finals in his words, to be 1 point behind going into the split to now being out of the title picture after those two games is absolutely gutting.
Now onto my biggest reason, he has asked in todays presser if it was because he failed to adapt to Hearts' changes and he categorically said NO. He is starting to sound like managers of seasons past failure, he has to be man enough to admit he got it wrong.
He doesn't adapt quickly enough to changes made against him and his subs and line up are baffling at times. Waits till 69 minutes today to bring Gassama on for Olsen (who did okay first half) but who had 4 touches in that second half before being subbed. We are not and cannot be a club where a manager get's to cut his teeth, we have 1 title in 15 seasons. I've had enough and now we can't even say being second best because we will be 3rd best! Absolutely gutted with where we are as a club.

Jim, I would give him another season, but if we are going to replace him do it now, let the new manager look at the players so we can start planning the now for next season.

Rfc, I would personally give him next year, but only if my option 1 is done, as he is too young and inexperienced for our club imo.
But I do agree if he isn't going to be here then just be done with it so we can get our next man in pronto and get the full pre-season.

Lol I've also been saying about experience manager-wise for years. Every appointment we make is either a rookie or no European experience as main man. Think that goes for everyone since McCoist.

Aye and McCoist did well eh.

Forever, have you maybe considered that's because that's all we can attract, what winner wants to take over a club that has won 1 title in 15 years?
