John, i noticed in your post yesterday that we had representatives of Rangers at hampden yesterday watching andrew tod of Dunfermline and not for the first time ?I watched some of the game and i did like the look of him ?So what's your thoughts John, do you think he's one we'd hope to bring in mate ?

The boy has something, but don't think it would be at Rangers or Celtic or even Hearts. Next, maybe a low level team in our league.

I thought the young boy Fyfe looked far more dangerous when he came on, one to watch maybe.

I watched the match, paying particular attention to three boys we are meant to be monitoring, Lissah, Stewart and Dod. Lissah could make it at Ibrox. I was disappointed in Stewart and Dod. The other players weren't worth a second look.

I've seen him play a few times, whilst he did ok, I never thought, oh, we should try sign him. Will he improve us? I doubt it at the moment, and don't see whose place he takes. Could it be sign him, take the chance and loan him out for next 2 seasons to carry on developing? It's a risk tho.
