At the beginning of the season I think we were hoping to be competing for the title but expected a few bumps on the way but I don't think any of us knew how hard that bump would be with the imposter. I would love to win it this year but after the start we had I can't believe we are still in it.
I don't know anything about the new guys but I'm hoping that we are starting to lay the foundations for the future and hopefully building a championship winning team.
The next couple of months are going to be tough and stressful but for me it was always going to be more about next season and whatever we achieved this year would be a bonus.

I am not stressed at all. This season was over at the end of September. Rohl has gotten us back in it, but we really have to be perfect to win it, and that is an unrealistic expectation imo. I would happily take it, but I won't be bitter if we don't make it. I've seen this group progress since Martin, but the attacking play is still missing. Hopefully these new recruits improve that, as we know the ball is going to end up in our net a few more times before the season is out.

Given the first 3 months of the season, it's hard to believe we're firmly in the title race. Nerves/belief will be a major factor as the season reaches a climax. Our manager has galvanised a squad of individuals into a team.
I'm excited to see what we can do in the run-in. Let others worry about us!

Well, I credit the manager. He is a German Walter Smith. He has set up the team not to concede, that means a more defensive set up, but at home I expect 2 strikers now. Watch and see us go.
