Maurice ross called it. Rangers lose the ball and theirs 4 players walking back. No hunger or desire. So that's 4 out of 11. Keeper so that leaves 5. Simply not good enough. The 1 thing I've noticed I don't like about Rohl is, he's sitting in the dug out, gets up for a few seconds trying to shout something to the players then slumps back down in the dug out complaining to the guy with the tablet.
Get on that touchline, stay on the touchline and give the players a roasting if need be.

Big percentage of fans could have told you the same davie, we've many players with work rate that just isn't good enough, looking for a team working for each other against Utd, you can qualify all over park but they don't put in the graft you don't win as many as you should do.

The wee guy takes some undue criticism on here from some but as Rab C would say" Let me tell you this Sir" - IF all our players had same desire and workrate as wee Barron gives then we would not be in this situation now - you get out a game what you put in - and LBH many who pull on that jersey in various positions on the pitch are most blatantly not putting in the workrate or showing correct desire IMHO- end of??.

Have they no shame, can understand that kind of work rate at the council, hunched up in a van hiding round the corner or hiding in a wee office, but in front of tens of thousands and your boss actually right in front of you beggars belief.
Just can't go a lazy fecker. Never mind ones getting £10-£20-£30 grand a week, they need a good kick in the Baws.

I'm not entirely sure he is strong enough, or with a stature that commands respect, and a certain amount of fear always helps too .
i'm just not sure, players are a certain breed sometimes, they look up to guys who have done it.
sometimes you will get certain types who will spread disquiet about the managers abilities as a player, the, "what has he done sort of thing".
i suspect we have a few.

Tom, I too am beginning to fear that I am might be seeing signs that Rohl is not strong enough or have the stature to take us to the top. I believe he is a top coach and highly regarded in the game. But does he have real grit and steel and true leadership for Ranger's job.
Very few have. He has been a lot more subdued in recent interviews a lot of his sparkle and positivity has gone. I really hope the Jan window can be a gamechanger for him.

shame isn't a consideration when you have a couple of years on top wages at a club that's way above your talent levels, been our problem fir some years now
we appear to sign players who are nowhere close to good enough, and it become endemic.
