Thinking as Tav is away next year, when will we announce a new captain. Sell Raskin in January and it leaves no one to replace Tav. Don't like a goalkeeper Captain but really no one else. Surly a discussion has to be had to allow this as part of the process here and now.

It's quite obvious we lack leaders. We need them installed and a captain with vocal and physical presence as well as respect. Tav has been a great servant and cost us nothing. His goals alone are worth respect. This team needs a "get your thumb out your arse" type captain. Needs to happen.
