People getting very carried away with people's win percentages, they're not worth the paper they're written on, that all comes down to who and where we play and the players available.
If we go purely down the road of win percentage then I want McCoist, his was 70+ from what I can see online.
Please just get me a decent manager who can adapt during a game where necessary, can set a team up properly and can get players playing for them, I really don't care what they're win percentage is ?.

Win % does matter if u take into consideration the context of everything around that %.
Club
Funds
Difficulty
Expectation
Staff and all the rest.
Expectations different everywhere so it's a great stat if u take it in proper context.

Stevie I take your point, but to me all the things you list there are what a manager should be judged on and not the win percentage. Perfect example is Davie Moyes, his percentage is garbage and he's managed at the highest level, I'm pretty sure he would do a job for us.

I'd have loved moyes at Rangers for sure and still would.
