I'm not. He wasn't my first choice but had to give him a chance. That optimism is long gone now.

Totally agree with you. I can't believe anyone can behind the fact we have 3 points from 9 in the opening games of the season. How can we have actually gotten worse since Clement?

I said he needs longer Orange, mentioned nothing about being positive, expect a few signings, but am having big doubts right now.

I was never positive about the appointment and I've never been so deflated in 47 years of supporting Rangers as I am now. The board need to admit they got it wrong and act NOW!

What bothers me is that stmirren show more appetite passion and effort than anyone in our starting 11. Rothwell is a joke of a player.

Sorry but this mentality of a club has a vision of how to play and anyone brought in has to play the system. It stops rebuild after rebuild. Well it's not working. PC style didn't work, Gio"s style didn't work. They performed well in Europe but not the SPL. ?? It needs a different approach, basically anything that will get 3 points. 3 draws, 3 goals. 6 points behind. The 49"s have seriously got this wrong.

Storm most have never played Martin system though and learing it for 8/ 9 weeks is no time at all.

I don't care what anyone says. i'd take Barry Ferguson back at this point. Do it now so he can prepare us for the brugge game from tomorrow. We are going no where under Russel Martin. 3 games no winsand seventh place. Our start to the season has been awful.

Always look to try and be positive to the annoyance of everyone that knows me but this is very difficult!
Players underestimating the speed and physicality of the league and those who have been playing in the league looking 2 yards short and fragile
If the issue is work ethic and egos etc like PC and BF suggested also then a tough season ahead to off-load those players is on the cards. but not this tough, folk aren't running for each other, just coasting along we are Rangers that's not good enough
Work your socks off, play for each other fight, dig every game but no.

Not sure many defended Russell Martin OT, just that we as a club cannot keep sacking managers and expect any kind of stability or to be an attraction for any talented managers looking for their next job. We need to give him and ourselves time in the hope that he can sort this out.
We bagged Clement, and went through a search lasting many months. The new owners chose this guy. Not many on here would have chosen him, I certainly didn't want him. But he's here now.
If they do bag him early, I want to see the man/ men on the executive team who advocated for him most strongly bagged at the same time. No way in the world they get a free pass on something like that.

Forget the system mystar for a minute, the lack of pace, intensity, desire all the things that you need for a kick off in this league are badly missing, dosent matter what system you play when you are passing and moving at walking pace.
