This is clearly only my opinion from my sofa covered in crumbs from a packet oh skips so am not what you would call a football manager.
But Curtis and dowell had shockers dowell constantly passes back an can't pass a man on the attack.
Curtis isn't ready for the first team great goal but offered nothing else in both games
Arrons looks absolutely honking at lb jefte helped a lot when he came on
Raskin and diomande are to far up and no help to rothwell he seems isolated
Danilo also looked very isolated
This playing from the back is terrible also
Hopefully RM addresses this because I can see this from my sofa.

Dowell didn't offeruch going forward but he was there to defend and cut out a few crosses.

Anyway, i agree with all you said.
Not liking the look of Aarons at all. In general though it looks like we don't want to attack. Everything goes back the way and taking really unnecessary risks. Could see the point if we were getting shots off and cutting them open in equal measure but its far too risky for little reward.
We rode our luck big time over 2 legs but got the job done somehow!
We need a totally different front 3 and stop using aarons left back for starters.

We drew 1-1 and went through. we will get better; it is still early with a new team. good news though is that fans understand tactics better than the last 4 managers we have had so we are in good hands ?.
However RM has asked if he can come and watch the game form your sofa for that great viewpoint ??.

Martin won't change the playing out from the back it's the style he plays and if you've researched him he doesn't change this maybe little tweaks to formation ect but won't change his ways.

I'll get slated for this probably but Curtis isn't even at the level of mccausland right now. He doesn't look like a winger to me. Good goal last week none the less but other than that very poor over both legs.

I personally agree on all accounts bar Curtis's readiness for the first team.
Think the lad has it in him to contribute with meaningful minutes but starting in champions league ties is not the level he's at yet. Getting some starts and subs in the SPFL seems the move to me with some European appearances rather than outright starting (although due to squad conditions he has)
But can't fault you on anything else Ryan
