The window is heating up quite nicely now, but does anyone think that if we didn’t sign a prolific striker we would win the league?
Personally a don’t think we will win the league with dessers as possibly main striker.

I think a striker will be brought in. If we manage to get Diomande Smal Manhoef and a striker that would be an unbelievable window.

The board are supporters as well and can see we need a no9, think they would prefer someone with some sell on value by looks of it if they have spend big.

Said the same to my mates earlier Davidb. Even if Smal was a pre contract. Not sure if his contract status. Either way, would be tremendous.

Can I ask how it is heating up nicely when we have only confirmed Silva, everyone else is rumours or speculation same as it was a month ago. Was it on a light simmer back then ?.

Couldn't agree more David it would be excellent. Smal look's like he is solid defensively Manhoef looks tricky and will add creativity to hopefully a new striker. I liked the look of Denkey but the total spend on all the above as well as Diomande it would be hard to see happening but we live in hope . A striker is paramount Dessers isn't deadly enough but if he gets an injury we are snookered.

Yeah we really need to try get a striker in the window.

Old firm games will decide the title and we need a top striker to win those games.

Denkey, michy batschuyi are the type of striker, along with the names mentioned we’re hoping come to fruition, that will win us the league and hopefully take us on another euro run.

I don’t see all this fuss about Shankland 22 games this season 13 goals not a 4 or 5 million player, I watched him tonight if I was a scout watching that performance I’d have been on my way home long before the end, we need better than that please.

There is no point in signing someone just for the sake of it. The right player needs to be available that Clement wants and the Board need to back the manager. I could easily list half a dozen players that I am sure Clement would love but they would be well out of our price range and it is highly unlikely that they would want to come to Scotland to be kicked up and down the pitch by your average player in the majority of SPL and lower league teams.
