He is a winner and obviously well respected to even get the EPL jobs he did.
Alot better Manager than him has failed in England with as much money.

I honestly think this would be a disaster, we need an appointment that the full or majority of fans are on board with, too many breaks in the support we need something/ someone to unite us and the players, it's not a nice environment just now, for me we should be going all out to get in phillipe Clement, won a different clubs and shrewd tactician, has experience in different leagues and Europe this guy should be out priority.

Whoever the next manager is they will get our full support, regardless of who they are. There is no marquee manager out there who wants the job and why would they? As much as we feel we are taking a gamble with these names, they probably feel the same about us. We need a new manager with a clear vision for possession based attacking football. Ideally we will switch to 4-3-3 because it seems clear to me that a switch from our 4-2-3-1 is needed. How many times do we get to byeline or edge of the box and then pass backwards? Who ever our new leader is, let's GO!
