I don't see why not. We decided not to go ahead with the previous transfer due to pre existing injury, which, due to its nature, could flare up again. If we meet their valuation on a different player, they would have nothing to gain by trying it down out of spite.

RFC, the reason the deal did not go through for the lad from PSV was he had an injury and also picked up another injury on his knee before attending the medical. We wanted players who could arrive and be on the park straight away and not have to wait a few weeks.
This is why the deal to sign in was cancelled. I don't think this will stop is doing a deal with PSV for any other players as this happens all the time and why we have medicals.
