With big Manny needing a sit on the bench, he would have been the obvious replacement. My honest opinion, a don't think any of the 2 want to be here.

Let's supprt the big man whatever his problems may be, he's a Ranger and has captained us, so let's show him that respect back.

Someone has obviously gone on behind the scenes, however, we could definitely use him just now. Our current CBs know they're guaranteed a start at the minute and that is showing on the pitch.
Players who have earned their spots, or are in competition for their sports are a lot more switched on. What we have just now are CBs who look like they're playing in second gear.

If this is linked to the story that was in a well known gutter rag about hotel hookups, physios, and playing away(no pun intended) then who cares?!
This, I'm sorry to say, is nothing new, and until names are named(Did someone say super injunction), it's only scandalous rumours.

From what I've read from some other posts, we are aware something is going on with Souttar and that there's something 'fans' don't need to know.
He's still training. Clearly it's personal, and I hope that he's OK and whatever decision has been reached is best for him and Rangers Football Club.

If it's not all over the tabloids and social media pages already, it's probably not a massive headline. The story I heard was just that two clubs south, and one in Scotland, have put offers in for him. One was out of the question from a very personal level. None of the clubs were offering wages anywhere close to his current salary, with one of them being pretty insulting for an international player.
If he is going to sit on his hands and take the £17k per week, and it upsets his employers, then fair play to him. He still thinks he has much to offer, so it's understandable if he wants to be choosy. They can always rip up his contract and pay him the £700k he is still due?

I'm not interested in gossip. People have a right to privacy and I actually think Souttar is a decent player.
Puts his body in the line and would have run through brink walls for Rangers FC.
