Saw an article earlier on that Monaco had bid less than Rangers and the Mhanky Mhob for the Algerian winger, more or less saying the player doesn't want to play in Scotland, quite rightly fancies the South of France compared to driech Glasgow.

There's nothing in Monaco unless you are mega rich and a yacht owner, procession of a Formula One race every year, pole usually takes the spoils, granted the weather is nicer, but that's it.
