Seen an article that a centre back we were supposed to be in for has not reported back for training. Olwethu Makhanya has gone awol as he is unhappy with the way his club is handling it.

Is he still not on a break from the World Cup? We've not bid for him yet from what I can tell. Diawara seems like the priority target.
If he has gone awol, then we should move on from him, never like players like that as they could do that to us or other clubs.
Should do it proper by handing in a transfer request, but still get the head down & work.

Raskin didn't. He refused to extend his contract and then was told he's not playing anymore and should find a move. Completely different situation.

Djb, we were planning to pay for the loan to be cut short and for him to come to us in the January, both APEOL refused, and that's when Jefte went awol.

Not true, Storm, he didn't sign a new deal, so was put to reserves. Not signing a new deal and refusing to turn up for the team that pay your wages is entirely different.

Sorry, but for me, nearly every club is like any other businesses now, preach loyalty but have no clue what it means, so not surprised players work their way out sometimes.
