Some guy on go radio saying he knows for a fact Rohl said to cavanagh after the defeat to hearts, " you better get me leaders" not sure who the guy was.

Guy who's on a podcast with Ewan Cameron.

I've seen this too, it's all over Twitter. Ewan Cameron and someone on his podcast have stated this. Not too sure, it sounds like something Rohl would do.

Ewen Cameron has gone further and said he went seeking clarification and was given assurances by 2 separate "very good" sources that it definitely happened and was heard by multiple people in the tunnel.

Doesn't really matter. Cav gave an interview yesterday where he said it directly.

Well, if that did happen it will explain the fallout with the players that's been reported. And he's basically stated for all to hear that there is no leadership in the team. I mean, he's right, but the players wouldn't look kindly on that.

He's said it in his pressers too so don't see what the shock is.

Calum Bell from STV Sport is on the Ewan Cameron podcast. He was apparently working that night at Tynecastle.

I don't get the controversy here over this.
Every fan has said the exact same thing for years.
We have lacked leadership on and off the park.
If Rohl did say it, it's the first thing he's done that I'd give him
credit for.

Not anything that the majority on here have said for years.

If he did say this, for me, it proves why he should stay. We always tend to blame the manager when a tactical shift happens in game, but never seem to look at the players reacting in real time, managing the game themselves or taking ownership / being a leader.
He's seen what a high performing environment should look like (Bayern, Germany etc) and if this is the end of player power at Ibrox, I'd be delighted.

Why didn't Rohl get leaders in the January window, instead he brought in Skov Olsen, Naderi and Chukwuani. None of them are leaders and none of them were what we needed to kick on this season, Cavenagh should have been shouting at him, not the other way round.
