But his attributes far outweigh all that.

That's a good comparison, Stevie G. ? It got me thinking of when Rio Ferdinand was at West Ham and then Leeds United before his switch to Man United, and I agree with you, mate, that I see similarities between Manny Fernandez and Rio Ferdinand when he was a young centre half.

If it was Mani they came to watch, he won't be going anywhere. His worst game in a long time. Only Tav was worse on the day.

Coops like Manny this season, I also didn't see the fuss about Rio at first due to the mistakes he'd make and bad positioning at times. But of course he soon progressed rapidly.
