Will Hearts pay for him though? He'd be the record transfer fee, they'll pull another out a hat for under 1m, his father's team is Hearts, Stewart is a Chelsea man. ?

If Hearts make Champions League, they certainly could spend big, even the Europa would let them spend bigger to what they are used to.
Pretty sure, they will be seeing a season ticket increase after the year they had.
