There we're rumours on here of possibly signed a couple of OOC players in the transfer window. Was their any truth in that and if so do we know who they are.

They meant OOC who would be lined up to come in the summer window, I think. We won't know those until both clubs decide to announce.

Some deals could be kept quiet out of respect, and not to unsettle players or teams. Imagine if one of our players had signed up somewhere. They would be getting stick from fans, or dropped as if they lacked commitment.

This time last year we'd already announced Cameron.
We announced Jones in the January too.
And we announced Souttar during the season.

Bunster, I believe Manuel Neuer is OOC in the summer. ? Seriously though, Butland only has a year left on his contract come summer, not saying he's a bad GK, but I do think we could get better. A decision will have to be made sooner or later whether to offer an extension or get someone else in.

I generally don't think we will get better than Butland. We'd be out of the title race if it wasn't for Butland this season. The defence has been comical at times, and he's saved us.

Rfc, once the January window ended, we couldn't get them in. The players who were being discussed are OOC at the end of the season, so will still be playing for their teams just now under contract.
