There's a great advert beem made by Aberdeen community trust that I'd think a lot of yous would enjoy, go give it a wee look up, it's about mental health. Loneliness and how football brings people together when they have nobody else.
Really powerful stuff and I'd urge anyone to go give it a look up.

Football and good friends is good for the sole, whether it be cheering on you heroes, having a spirited debate or even meeting up and having a kick about, it gets you out of your own head for a time and gives needed respite from your woes whatever they may be.
