We know Mcinnes said he's very happy with Raskin's attitude etc but is Raskin really happy that he didn't move on? He wasn't that impressive yesterday. Did he just have a poor game or as is head been turned?

He didn't have a poor game. He was a bit slack in the first half. We dominated Motherwell in second game. He and Neil were outnumbered the full game and still came out on top.
There isn't a single player that deserves any criticism from yesterday. We could and should have won 5-0.

Wishy, Opinions vary, but look at the stats.

Wishy, why would I criticise Raskin? Very strange comment. It's only an observation. Try and be more positive.
06 Sep 2026 17:02:45
I am being positive you are saying someone had a poor game when he didn't.

Raskin didn't have a poor game yesterday though, Baxter, maybe you think he was poor, maybe wasn't his best, but he certainly wasn't poor imo.

Nobody was poor, my star, we should have beat a team 5-0 that beat us twice and drew with us last season.
I don't see the need after a result like that to come on and slag any player. It's tiring, constant digs at our players.

Sorry 2 draws and one defeat*.

The only teams that made a bid were Bestikas & Hull. He rejected the Bestikas move & probably would have rejected Hull too. If he wants a move, then he should buckle down & not drop his head. He had a decent game & allowed Neil to play further up.

I don't feel Raskin had a poor game. I'd say different. He was very disciplined and quietly effective. Almost got a wee goal too. He didn't look as busy as he normally does.

Raskin's stats, eh? 77% pass success rate. Won all his tackles, and 75% of his aerial duels. Not his best, possibly, but a decent enough performance in a good team performance.
06 Sep 2026 19:08:49
He's still rusty imo, Angus, but the way McInnes wants to play is going to suit Raskin down to a T.
06 Sep 2026 19:12:10
Nico knows he's going nowhere til January at the earliest, and if he wants his big move he needs to perform from now until then. It could end up being a masterstroke by the board rejecting the bids late in the window.

Wishy, I agree, but he was decent, and he has missed a couple of games to get up to speed.
Granted, he didn't juggle chainsaws or whatever is required to be impressive for some fans.

"Juggle chainsaws". 😂 😂
