As much as the constant changing of managers isn't helping, it still doesn't mean that we keep a man that hasn't a clue what he's doing and that might sound harsh but the evidence is there already.
Can't be argued with, his football is dreadful his players don't even look fit.
He makes crazy changes in personnel and tactically on the pitch.
We saw under Rohl that you can make a difference quickly, he took Martin's team and started getting results.
We all say it's a results business and it is and that starts on Sunday but you need performance to sustain results, for me there are no signs that anything is improving on the football pitch and honestly under DM I don't think they ever will

Rohl made a temporary difference. He ended up losing all the vital league matches at the end of the season and his record in Europe was substandard.

Well, apparently it does mean we have to keep an inept manager Jzer. Just look at the comments on here. So many want him kept on even though he has made the worst start to a season we have had in forever with one of our most expensively assembled squads ever.
But it's not his fault.

Teddy, Rohl still made a difference & took us closer than any manager since Gerrard to the league title. His European record wasn't great, but the damage had already been done by Martin, and at least it was the league stage & not qualifying like McInnes.
McInnes failed to get one extra win, or even a draw, with Hearts from January onwards last season that would have won them the league, cause he played negative tactics.

Bbj, we will see how long they keep backing him when a month or two down the line we're still serving up dross, while Celtic are wrapping up the league for Christmas.
I'm well aware of Rohl's failures, Teddy, I'm using it as an example of different management, same players.
The right man can have us playing football and winning games with this squad, of that I have no doubt. Where I do agree is who is that man and where do we find him. But I'm sure it's not DM, as much as I wish it was.

Muscat was the manager we should have gone for as soon as Clement left, maybe even before he came.
