Havent posted in a while but here goes, Why do folk constantly go on about rebuilds and writing off seasons etc?? Ange took over a shambolic Celtic and won the league first season! Remember so many fans laughing at him and he made us look foolish, Why can't we get 1 rebuild right??

Have to agree, well manager came in and turned them around right away, McInnes turned Hearts around right away etc.

Probably to do with the fact that we get burned with the same issues year on year, and are quite clearly regressing as a team on the pitch. The scar tissue the fans have means that we have no trust that these rebuilds are going to work, because history will tell you that it doesn't. Celtic didn't have a multitude of failed rebuilds before Ange came in.
They were super successful going for 10 in a row and took the foot off the gas and allowed us to build and win a league. They then spent a bit and allowed the manager to cook, and the rest is history. They are now as strong as ever and we are back to arguing over rebuilds and Rangers men and the board being clueless.

Because they have the same core of players at the start of a new season as they did the season before, so they understand how to play with one another and know which runs their fellow players will make. Whereas, we always need to have around 5 or 6 new players from the start and it takes them time to learn all that, and also a new manager's style of play on top of that for the ones who are here as well.
And then we sack that manager in October, and they have to relearn it all over again.
Celtic introduce normally a couple at most so the transition isn't as huge.

Because people like to make excuses for our failure!
