Can't see Kevin Kelsey coming to Rangers. Portland Timbers don't want to sell and the lad isn't pushing for a move.

I'm the same Baxterboy but I hope I'm wrong, mate. 🙏 I absolutely want us to sign Kevin Kelsy because his all round style is exactly what we need, but unfortunately I don't think we'll get him tbh. 🤔
